How we handle your personal data on imperialbcn.com, under the EU GDPR (2016/679) and Spain's LOPDGDD (3/2018).

2. Data we process and why
Web forms (contact, venue rental): name, email and your message, to answer your enquiry. Browsing data via optional analytics and marketing cookies, only with your consent (see the cookie policy). Membership registration is handled on the registro.imperialbcn.com subdomain.
3. Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR)
Your consent for submitting forms and using analytics/marketing cookies (Art. 6.1.a); and our legitimate interest in replying to your communications (Art. 6.1.f).
4. Retention
We keep your data as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods legally required to address possible liabilities.
5. Recipients and processors
We work with processors: Web3Forms (form submissions), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Google Analytics 4 (analytics, only with consent) and Meta Pixel (marketing, only with consent). We do not share your data except where legally required.
6. International transfers
Some providers are located outside the EEA (USA). Such transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
7. Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@imperialbcn.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Minors
This site and the club are intended exclusively for people over the age of 18. We do not knowingly process data from minors.
