2. Terms of use
This site provides information about the private club Imperial Meeting Point, its events, its Academy and venue rental. Accessing the site implies acceptance of this legal notice and lawful use of the content.
3. Access for over-18s
Imperial is a space for adults with sex-positive and fetish events. Access to the site and the venue is reserved for people over the age of 18.
4. Club house rules
Life at Imperial rests on three non-negotiable rules: consent (yes means yes; everything else is asked), discretion (no photos or video without authorisation) and respect (zero tolerance for harassment). Breaching them may result in removal without a refund.
5. Third-party tickets
Event tickets are sold on external platforms (Resident Advisor, Xceed and Luma). Imperial does not manage those payments and is not responsible for those platforms, subject to their own terms.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo and other elements belong to Imperial or its legitimate owners. Their reproduction or use without express authorisation is prohibited.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of the city of Barcelona, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
